Also check out tutorials by Jai Johnson of The Daily Texture. The Bald Eagle tutorial uses Topaz FX Lab as the editor. But you can do similar steps in Photoshop.

It seems so. I think he posted some speed edits in response to questions he was getting on Facebook pages where he shared his images. I don’t think he teaches at all.
He’s located in England. He told me that since his retirement, he’s done digital pet art, including memorial composites, to help an animal rescue group raise money. He provides clients with a digital file, and receives orders from all over the world.
