  • Wedding Album Design--PS or Software package

I was just curious as to how you all are putting together your flush
mount wedding albums, are you doing it all free hand in PS or are you
using some other form of software. I would also be interested in knowing
how long it's taking, especially free hand.
I just finished up completing a album and though it looked great it took a
little bit to do it, and I'm not a novice PS user either. Sometimes the software albums I see look cheesy or cheap
    looking.
    What are you guys doing?
    Thanks Anthony

Oh, sorry, My Bad, I forgot to check to see if this was anywhere on here.
I would still love to hear from you guys though.

              Jorgenson software is just incredible!

Very easy to use, you can make your own mats, edit them, etc etc, even export them to use on the next album.

I do 26 sides in Labprints in about 2 1/2 hours or less. It will get faster as you work with it.

Oh gosh I hope so.....Maybe I need to put the images into groups before I start workting with them or soemthing.

Only think I don't like about labprints is that you can not rotate the image within a frame.

I think I know what your saying. You can rotate the frame but not the image in that frame. You would go to Photoshop or image editor if you needed to rotate the image and crop it. I have all my images pretty much like I want them before adding all images in Labprints. Or at least the way the customer saw the images. The images are numbered in sequence so when I make the first page all the first images of the wedding are in front of me. Then I just keep scrooling down as I go build the next page. You don't have to but I just do. Check the movies on the Labprints site for help. Not sure what lab you use but at my lab there is a guy that really has a good understanding of Labprints for help. Back channel a message and I will forward his name. Normally I don't like these types of programs but this one seems to work for me here for now. I don't use Labprints for all my ordering but album design I like it. Wish you luck.
